Role: IT Recruiter

Type: Full-time WFO

Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, databases, and networking channels to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Content Creation: Content creation on blogging sites and social media pages to increase the company's employer branding to attract more talent.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management: Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a streamlined recruitment process and successful candidate placements.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in organizing recruitment events, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as a IT Recruiter
• Currently pursuing /Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
