Job Title: IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 2 - 5 years

Location: Hyderabad Onsite

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Job Type: Full-time

Budget: 3LPA to 6 LPA (based on Relevant Experience)

About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates for IT positions.
• Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates using multiple channels such as

  job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, employee referrals, and networking

  .
• Evaluate candidates

  technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations

  through interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate salary, prepare offers, and ensure timely onboarding.
• Maintain and update the

  ATS / recruitment tracker

  with accuracy.
• Build and nurture a

  talent pipeline

  for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with

  IT hiring trends, emerging skills, and recruitment best practices

  .

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 25 years

  of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of

  IT technologies, job roles, and skill sets

  (e.g., developers, testers, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  sourcing techniques

  (Boolean search, social recruiting, job boards).
• Proficiency in using

  ATS, HR databases, and MS Office tools

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to

  work in a fast-paced environment

  , handle multiple requirements, and deliver within deadlines.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
