It Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Understand IT job requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment process.
• Experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

• 26 years of IT recruitment experience (C2H or Permanent staffing).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Proven experience in IT Recruitment (C2H hiring)
• Strong client handling and communication skills
• No employment gap beyond 3 months

Not Eligible:

• HR Generalists / HR Executives / NON IT Recruiters
  US Staffing professionals
• No Gaps In education and Experience
