Location:

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, networking, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for technical discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
Work on different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

6 months to 1 year of experience in
US IT Recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of technical skills and job descriptions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
