IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
from understanding requirements to offer closure.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on
technical skills and experience
.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Negotiate salary and close offers efficiently.
Build and maintain a strong network of
IT professionals
.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

2 years of
IT recruitment experience
(both permanent and contract hiring preferred).
Strong knowledge of
IT technologies
(Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
ATS tools
and job portals.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle
multiple positions and deadlines
effectively.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in
Human Resources / IT / Management
or related field.

Good to Have:

Experience in
C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
and
lateral hiring
.
Exposure to
bulk or niche IT hiring
.
Understanding of
technical screening
and keyword-based searches.
