About the Role :

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay current with emerging tech trends, job market insights, and recruiting best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
