About the Role :

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay current with emerging tech trends, job market insights, and recruiting best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
