Job Description

Role: IT Recruiter Experience: 2 - 4 years Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Employment: Full-time Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Handling End-to-end processes. Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy and produce and update job specifications and descriptions. Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities. Perform interviews and evaluate the candidate's skills, follow up with the successful candidates, and update the candidates with feedback. Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, coding assessments, and technical discussions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define precise role requirements and candidate profiles. Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process. Must have: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in recruitment platforms. Collaborative team player with unwavering professionalism and ethical standards.
