Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring of quality candidates.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
  
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and update the applicant tracking system regularly.
  
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT, depending on need).
  
• Strong sourcing skills through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Work Conditions

- 5 days a week.

- Work from office.
