Job Overview:

Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration, installation, and maintenance of analytical instruments, particularly

  Analytical Instruments like SEM, Analyzers, Bomb Calorimeter, Microwave Digestion, etc.

• Understand customer requirements and application needs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Troubleshoot service-related issues and provide effective technical resolutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide customer support both onsite and remotely.
• Offer online guidance tailored to customer-specific applications.
• Recommend necessary spare parts and operational suggestions to ensure consistent instrument performance.
• Conduct annual maintenance and preventive service checks.
• Prepare and submit monthly service reports with detailed insights.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective service delivery.
• Work independently while managing time and service priorities efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Passion for building a career in the service and support of analytical instruments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and influence decisions.
• Technical understanding of analytical instruments and their applications (preferred).
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions.
