Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer, based in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. Daily responsibilities include visiting client sites for installation and maintenance, ensuring systems run efficiently, and minimizing downtime through timely repairs and support. Qualifications Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair skills Field Service and Technical Support experience Effective Communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the power systems industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
