Essential Responsibilities Equipment Installation & Commissioning Install and commission 3D printers and associated systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Follow defined procedures to test, operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment. Technical Troubleshooting & Repair Assemble and test mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and optical sub-assemblies (expertise in at least one area required). Interpret technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, to diagnose and resolve issues. Repair equipment using appropriate tools and test instruments; order and replace parts as needed. Collaborate with engineering teams to address complex issues and support product improvements. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Schedule and perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment uptime and reliability. Participate in the development and refinement of processes, procedures, and technical documentation. Provide feedback to management regarding machine performance and customer satisfaction. Customer Interaction & Training Deliver onsite training and technical instruction to customers, peers, and contract manufacturers. Maintain clear communication regarding activities, action plans, metrics, and equipment status. Manage customer interactions effectively, ensuring positive experiences even in high-pressure situations. Operational Protocols Adhere to all security, safety, access, scheduling, and communication protocols. Participate in team meetings and other assigned company activities.
