Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients with a primary focus on C2H positions.
Oversee the recruitment process for C2H and permanent roles, ensuring the timely and efficient sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and close positions within deadlines.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and keep up with the latest trends in tech hiring.
Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to meet client expectations.
