Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for roles across development, testing, infrastructure, and emerging tech.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit through calls, assessments, and discussions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines using our ATS and trackers.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay current on tech trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with enthusiasm, persistence, and empathy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
