Recruiter (3–4 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for

2 Recruiters

with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience with

IBM E-Recruitment Tool

and should be capable of managing hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Utilize IBM E-Recruitment tool for managing candidate pipelines, job postings, and reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Source candidates using job portals, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.

Requirements

3–4 years of proven recruitment experience.
Strong expertise in using IBM E-Recruitment tool (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Bengaluru – open to Hybrid or Remote (only if residing in Bengaluru).
