Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects across our business verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage IT projects related to travel portals, forex solutions, booking systems, CRM, ERP, and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and translate them into technical project requirements.
• Prepare project plans, allocate resources, define timelines, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with IT teams (developers, system admins, IT support, vendors) to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement data security, IT policies, and compliance standards for safe handling of customer and financial data.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT tools, software, and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project documentation, MIS reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Drive innovation by suggesting new digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies in travel & tourism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management (preferably in travel, tourism, or fintech sector).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with travel technology (GDS systems, booking engines, CRM, ERP, payment gateways, etc.) is a plus.
• Proven leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management certifications (PMP/Prince2/Agile/Scrum Master) will be an advantage.

Salary Range

₹5 LPA-₹6.5 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
