IT Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver web and software development projects. You will handle project planning, execution, team coordination, client communication, and overall project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple IT projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Gather and translate client requirements into technical tasks.
• Coordinate with developers, designers & QA teams.
• Create project plans, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate progress with stakeholders and maintain transparency.
• Oversee resource allocation and team productivity.
• Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT project management (web/software projects).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership & client-handling skills.
• Proficient with PM tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
• Degree in IT/Computer Science; PMP is a plus.
