IT Project Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve overseeing private server management to ensure security, performance, and scalability. Additionally, you will work on new IT initiatives and enhance/maintain existing systems. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential to align IT solutions with business objectives. You will also be required to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, optimize IT processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and maintain system documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery - Oversee private server management for security, performance, and scalability - Work on new IT initiatives and enhance/maintain existing systems - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align IT solutions with business objectives - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Optimize IT processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and maintain system documentation - Facilitate Agile practices, mentor teams in Scrum methodologies, and drive continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, please note that this position requires a 6-day working week.
