Project Manager

Brief Summary

Manage successful projects that improve our IT landscape; projects that change business applications, ERP, IT infrastructure or combinations of these.

End-to-end responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects, managing different types of project teams. • Support improvement of Project and Portfolio Management processes and procedures.

In your future role as “Project Manager” you will

Key Responsibilities:

Initiating, planning, and managing the execution of IT projects and work streams.
Collaborate and align with stakeholders from different businesses and global functions.
Lead project team resources and (IT) suppliers.

Track and report progress against often challenging deadlines and budgets.
Ensure proper test management, both automated and manualWe believe you bring

We believe you are

5+ years working within IT project delivery environments

Bachelor or Masters degree, in a relevant field, like (project) management, organization, business administration or IT or supplemented with relevant experience.
PMP (PMI certified Project Management Professional)
Agile (Product Owner, Scrum Master, SAFe)
Experience as end-responsible IT Project Manager of IT application and IT infrastructure related projects, preferably international. Experience working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external IT suppliers.
Experience with OT and OT related project management.
Knowledge of and experience with test management.
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with project management methodologies such as PMBoK (PMI) as well as Agile ways-of-working.
Experience with ServiceNow, experience with the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management suite is a bonus.
Experience of working in the chemicals business.
Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
