We provide customized domestic & international tour packages, foreign exchange services, and medical tourism solutions. To support our digital transformation and technology-driven operations, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager.

Role Overview

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects (web platforms, booking portals, mobile apps, CRM, ERP systems, etc.) within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires project leadership, cross-team collaboration, and strong technical understanding to ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution – Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Team Management – Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and IT support teams.
• Website & App Projects – Manage end-to-end development and maintenance of travel portals, websites, and mobile applications.
• Stakeholder Communication – Act as a bridge between management, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth progress.
• Budget & Resource Management – Allocate resources efficiently and control project costs.
• Process Implementation – Establish IT project workflows, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and provide timely solutions.
• Technology Integration – Implement and oversee CRM, ERP, booking engines, digital payment systems, and AI-based travel solutions.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination – Manage external vendors and ensure timely project delivery.
• Reporting – Provide regular progress updates, reports, and project reviews to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management.
• 5–10 years of IT experience, with 3–5 years in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of software development (PHP, Node.js, React, Java, WordPress, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Prior experience in travel technology / booking platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience & expertise).
