Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile project delivery. You will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of the software and ML model development lifecycle.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and maintain a consistent sprint cadence.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee delivery of projects critical to business success.
• Manage project scope, goals, timelines, priorities, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation.
• Report project progress, performance metrics, and status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leads, developers, QA, UX, analysts, and cloud engineers.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects and manage teams of 10+ members.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders through strong written and verbal skills.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Strong background in .NET technologies including .NET Core, C#, MS SQL, MVC, and Angular/ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of solutioning and architecture for .NET applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience in web UI design, web programming, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Incremental).
• Experience handling projects involving migration and system upgrades.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Understanding of cloud hosting and solution design is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
