IT Project Manager

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Management

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation & cost estimates.
• Ensure adherence to project methodology (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).

Team Coordination

• Lead, guide, and motivate project team members.
• Conduct daily/weekly standups, progress reviews, and sprint planning.
• Assign tasks and ensure accountability.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Communicate project status to clients, management, and internal teams.
• Manage expectations, feedback, escalations, and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Infra, Security, etc.).

Risk & Quality Control

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality standards, documentation, and compliance are followed.

Project Delivery & Reporting

• Track progress using tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Maintain project documentation (SOW, BRD, Technical Specs, UAT).
• Ensure timely delivery, client sign-off, and smooth project closure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7 – 10 years of experience in IT project management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹156,000.00 per month
