IT Project Manager

Role Overview: As an IT Project Manager in Mohali, you will play a vital role in leading and managing end-to-end project delivery across diverse technology domains. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and aligned with business objectives. - Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and team productivity for efficient project execution. - Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure project success. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and enforce accountability among team members. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. - Provide regular updates to seniors regarding project status, risks, and milestones. - Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth progress. - Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and project requirements. - Manage client communications, update project status, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery for client satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Masters degree or certifications like PMP/Prince2/MBA are advantageous.) - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management within a software or IT services environment. - Experience in managing cloud-based or enterprise IT projects is a plus. - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Zoho Projects, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to comprehend technical concepts and facilitate discussions between tech teams and business stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
