Cloud Presales Specialist

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will take the lead in customer engagements, requirement gathering, and cloud assessment workshops. Your primary responsibility will be to design and propose secure and scalable cloud architectures on AWS and Azure. This will involve preparing and presenting solution documentation, architecture diagrams, TCO/ROI analysis, and BOMs. Additionally, you will conduct feasibility assessments, POCs, and solution demos. Supporting RFP/RFI responses and technical bid evaluations will also be a key part of your role. You will architect cloud migration strategies using tools like AWS Migration Hub and Azure Migrate. Defining DevOps and CI/CD frameworks using native and open-source tools will be essential, along with building containerization strategies using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS). In addition to technical responsibilities, you will provide advisory on cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices. Supporting ongoing Managed Services Provider (MSP) engagement opportunities and estimating solution costs using pricing tools are crucial aspects of the position. You will also participate in product and technology enablement sessions with cross-functional teams and stay up-to-date with cloud platforms and industry trends. The required skills and experience for this role include deep hands-on experience in AWS and Azure, with GCP and Oracle Cloud knowledge being an added advantage. AWS Professional (Solutions Architect / DevOps) and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are mandatory, while GCP and Oracle certifications are a bonus. You should have at least 5 years of experience in technical presales, including proposal writing, technical solutioning, pricing, and customer presentations. Proven skills in designing solutions across compute, storage, network, identity, and security are required. Experience with tools like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CodePipeline, Terraform, ARM templates, etc., is essential. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS), Helm Charts, container registries, etc., is also necessary. Knowledge of IAM, policies, security standards, compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST), and cost optimization using TCO calculators and pricing tools are important. Exposure to Managed Services delivery models, SLAs, and support strategy planning is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil are required. A foundational understanding of using AI/ML APIs or services in cloud workflows is preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
