About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards while aligning projects with business goals.

Key Responsibilities ∙Lead end-to-end project management for multiple IT projects. ∙Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. ∙Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. ∙Coordinate between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. ∙Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. ∙Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively. ∙Manage resource allocation and track project performance using KPIs. ∙Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and team members. ∙Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards. ∙Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications

∙Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. ∙5+ years of experience in IT project management. ∙Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks. ∙Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Zoho Projects ∙Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. ∙Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ∙Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. ∙PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification is an added advantage.
