Key Responsibilities

1. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

2. Create project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources) and monitor progress

3. Build and lead cross‑functional teams; delegate tasks; maintain team morale and cohesiveness

4. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, senior management and internal teams; manage stakeholder expectations

5. Develop and manage budgets; track expenditures and ensure optimal allocation of resources

6. Identify risks and issues; prepare mitigation plans and resolve problems as they arise

7. Prepare status reports, dashboards, MIS updates; conduct post‑project evaluations

8. Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, standards, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:-

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related; MBA / Master’s in Project Management is a big plus

- Certifications such as PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 / IPMA are highly valued experience with complex IT projects

- Core skills: leadership, time & financial management, risk & problem solving, negotiation, adaptability

- Strong verbal & written communication; capable of engaging stakeholders at multiple levels

- Technical proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence etc. Domain experience (IT software, infrastructure etc.) desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
