🌍 Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead or support technology projects that deliver measurable business value. This role involves planning, controlling and executing projects of moderate complexity, typically with teams of fewer than 10 FTEs, and contributing to larger multi-disciplinary initiatives when required.

You will work closely with sponsors, stakeholders and delivery teams, providing clear project direction, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive and confident operating in dynamic IT environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead small-to-medium IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Participate as a project team member for larger, more complex programs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: plans, schedules, RAID logs, budgets, dashboards and status reports.
• Communicate regularly with sponsors and business stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery models.
• Facilitate meetings, sprint ceremonies and decision-making activities as needed.
• Resolve conflicts, support collaboration and ensure strong stakeholder engagement.

🧩 Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years

  of experience in IT project management or related delivery roles.
• Proven experience leading IT projects of moderate complexity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver concise updates and handle challenging conversations with composure.
• Solid understanding of project governance, budgeting, scheduling and reporting.
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
• English fluency.

✨ Preferred Skills

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar.
• Background in IT service delivery or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
