Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager to guide development on our Marketing Catalogs. Marketing Catalogs are built on CRM and have direct integration with other key products and services across our digital platform. They enable marketers across to author details for digital offers, as well as content about our products and customer success stories that can be authored once and syndicated across various channels and surfaces. In this role, you will execute on the strategy to deliver our new offer catalog, build out integrations with translation services, and enhance the user experience and flow of our suite of Marketing Catalogs to ensure scalability and ease of content authoring.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management; Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to improve flow and user experience, incorporating in product feature availability
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a product evangelist for Marketing Catalogs and advocate for the same.
  • Engage deeply with users through interviews and analytics to understand pain points and develop solutions
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure catalog usability
  • Ensure that improvements in metadata and data governance directly translate into measurable user impact.
  • Define and own the sprint goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and product strategy.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Own and maintain a well-structured product backlog that reflects current priorities, upcoming features, and strategic initiatives.
  • Groom and refine the backlog regularly to ensure stories are ready for upcoming sprints, with appropriate sizing and prioritization.
  • Continuous balance competing priorities vs. new features vs. tech debt vs. customer requests to maximize value delivered.
 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical leadership. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • Experience in Products; Familiarity with building and administering Flows, reports, user access, and CRM automations
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Empathy for your cross-functional team, for your stakeholders and their goals
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
