Job Title- IT Pre sales Exp- 2 - 4 yrs Location- Noida Budget- upto 5 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and goal-oriented IT Pre-Sales & Business Development Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to accelerate our sales pipeline and help expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of IT/software solutions, and a proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively. This role is suited for professionals with a "hunter" mindset and a passion for technology-driven sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and online research. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients; understand their requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions. Pre-Sales Activities: Deliver product demos, create compelling technical proposals, and conduct presentations tailored to client needs. Tender Management (Private Sector): Identify relevant private IT tender opportunities, prepare necessary documentation, and manage submissions. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to collect technical and pricing information, ensuring competitive and timely responses to RFPs/RFQs. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with qualified leads, follow-ups, meetings, and deal progress. Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their pain points and pitch appropriate solutions. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to successfully close deals with profitable terms. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential business growth areas. IT/Software Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of current software products, IT services, and industry best practices to effectively position solutions. Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports covering lead status, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts to the management team. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication). 3–5 years of experience in IT pre-sales , business development , or a similar customer-facing role. Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and deal closure. Solid knowledge of software applications , IT solutions , and industry trends. Experience managing private IT tenders and vendor relationships . Strong presentation, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills. Effective negotiation and sales closing techniques. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused with a proactive mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Ability to conduct personalized outreach through calls, emails, physical visits, and scheduled meetings. Relevant certifications in sales, IT products, or CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
