We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and support our IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of desktop systems, networks, and applications while also leading initiatives to improve IT processes and security standards.

What you will do:

•Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

•Provide advanced desktop support (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshoot escalated issues.

•Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

•Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus, patching, and access controls.

•Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

•Lead IT support team and coordinate with vendors for procurement, upgrades, and repairs.

•Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory, O365, and other enterprise systems.

•Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for data security and compliance.

•Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, and network improvements.

•Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, configurations, and processes.

Requirement:

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

•8+ years of experience in IT support/desktop engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity.

•Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

•Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and cloud services (Azure/AWS preferred).

•Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).

•Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus.

•Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

•Strong leadership and vendor management experience.
