RANCELAB offers IT roles such as Business Consultants and Software Support Executives who provide on-site software implementation, customer training, and technical support for their retail, restaurant, and hotel ERP systems. These positions involve extensive travel to client locations, system analysis, client consultation, and troubleshooting. The company also hires Senior Software Developers for developing and improving their software products and may have other IT roles in development, support, and sales.

Common RANCELAB IT Job Titles & Responsibilities:

• Business Consultant:
• Conduct system studies and implement RanceLab software for clients.
• Analyse customer business processes and provide solutions for efficiency.
• Deliver expert advice on business operations and management strategies.
• Conduct extensive travel for client meetings and system installations.
• Software Support Executive:
• Install RanceLab software at client locations and provide implementation.
• Provide training and guidance to users during software implementation.
• Handle troubleshooting and solve client queries via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Senior Software Developer:
• Create and modify code to add new features and improve software performance.
• Develop web-based applications, database programs, and software solutions.
• Lead teams on software development projects.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Tally, MS Office, and excellent computer and internet skills are often essential.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze business data, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions is critical.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills are necessary for client interaction and training.
• Travel: Extensive travel is a core requirement for most OUTLET-facing IT roles.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and aptitude for learning are beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
