Roles & Responsibilities

IT manager /SPOC to work as Subject Matter Experts with expertise and hands-on experience in developing Infra architecture and providing Solution design as per business needs

Will be responsible for LAN, WAN and network Operations Availability Management, Performance

Should have depth knowledge expertise in multiple technologies, firewall, routers, NetScaler, checkpoint, SD WAN.

Should have a board level understanding of Windows Operating systems, Unix OS (HP Unix, AIX, and Linux), server, and storage, networking, security, virtualization, and cloud technologies

Platform and infrastructure architecture experience Cloud, Hybrid and Private hosting

Excellent understanding of ITIL processes, IT systems infrastructure and best practices.

Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems; Provide Risk Assessment to the Management

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time and Audit systems and assess their outcomes.

Develop standards for procedures, security, and hardware. Acts in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

Project management experience in an infrastructure-oriented environment

Capable of working in a growth-oriented environment, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests, projects, and responsibilities

Proven track record of leveraging vendor and consultant expertise for IT project delivery and support

Uniform Application Delivery Management, Infrastructure Security and Compliance Management

Project Management, Delivery and driving Adoption of new applications / solution and to drive business value of delivered IT systems.

Manage DC Operations

Key Skills:

• Networking and Security Cisco Nexus Series, Checkpoint, Fortigate, Cisco ASA, Cisco Wireless
• Infrastructure Services – Active Directory, Mail Exchange, MS Lync, Windows Network Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Radius).
• Application Delivery Controllers and proxies – Citrix Netscalar, HA Proxy
• Other Solution – VPN, FTP, SD WAN
