Job Description – IT Manager (Short Version)

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, data security, and timely support to all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain networks, servers, hardware, and software.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data backups, and IT policy compliance.
• Lead IT helpdesk and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Oversee ERP, system administration, and user access controls.
• Manage vendors, AMC, IT assets, and technology procurement.
• Plan IT upgrades, improvements, and budget requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
• 5+ years of IT operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, systems, and security.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
