IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT systems, including computers, servers, networks, and printers. The role ensures that all IT operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently while aligning with the company’s business objectives. Additionally, the IT Manager will monitor and manage the surveillance systems (CCTV cameras) within the mall premises to ensure safety and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:1. Network & Infrastructure Management

• Plan, install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage servers, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, ensuring high system uptime.

2. Systems Administration

• Manage all hardware, software, and operating systems across departments.
• Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Oversee IT assets and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth operation of printers, scanners, and other connected devices.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement IT security measures, firewalls, and antivirus protection.
• Conduct regular system security checks and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and IT policy standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).

4. Surveillance & Monitoring Systems

• Monitor and maintain mall surveillance (CCTV) systems and storage servers.
• Coordinate with the security team to ensure all cameras are functional and recordings are properly archived.
• Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, and network connectivity issues promptly.

5. Team Leadership & Support

• Provide technical guidance and support to employees and junior IT staff.
• Develop IT support procedures and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions.

6. Strategic & Operational Planning

• Assist in preparing and managing the IT budget, forecasting hardware/software requirements.
• Recommend system upgrades and innovative technologies to enhance business efficiency.
• Contribute to IT modernization and business continuity plans.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure/network administration.
• At least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup systems.
• Proficiency in CCTV surveillance systems, IP camera configuration, and DVR/NVR management.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus management, and cybersecurity tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
