The IT Manager will lead the planning, implementation and maintenance of the companys technology systems. This role supports day-to-day operations, builds a secure and reliable IT environment and ensures all departments receive timely technical support. The person will work closely with management to align technology with business goals. Role & responsibilities Oversee the companys entire IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware and software • Manage IT support activities and ensure quick resolution of technical issues • Implement data security standards and monitor system performance • Plan and execute system upgrades, new installations and technology projects • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, maintenance and technical support • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and best practices • Maintain data backup systems and disaster recovery plans • Prepare reports for management on system performance, incidents and improvement plans • Lead and guide the IT team while promoting a culture of continuous learning • Evaluate new technologies that can improve efficiency and support business growth Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field • Proven experience in IT management and team handling • Strong knowledge of networking, system administration and cybersecurity • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, cloud solutions and business applications • Good communication, problem solving and project management skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL or similar • Experience in managing ERP systems or industry-specific software
