Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy IT Manager to oversee our company’s IT systems, networks, and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the IT team, implement innovative technology solutions, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations while maintaining high levels of security and efficiency Duties IT Infrastructure Management Manage and monitor servers, networks, hardware, and software systems Data Security & Compliance Implement IT security protocols and ensure data protection across systems Regularly update and enforce IT policies and compliance standards Team Leadership & Support Lead, train, and supervise the IT team in daily operations Provide technical support to other departments as needed Technology Strategy & Implementation Identify, plan, and implement new IT tools and solutions to meet business needs Handle budgeting, vendor coordination, and IT procurement Who You Are 4–6 years of experience in the IT industry (minimum 2 years in a leadership role) Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and databases Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Certifications like CCNA, MCP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus Ensure high uptime and smooth functioning of all IT systems Skills Proficiency in LAN management, VMWare, vSphere, AWS, Excel, Office applications, computer networking, and databases. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders across various departments. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
