Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end IT functions for our coworking office spaces. The ideal candidate will manage IT operations, design and maintain network infrastructure, support IT sales requirements, handle project execution, and ensure smooth procurement and vendor coordination. The role requires strong leadership abilities and hands-on technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Operations Management Oversee daily IT operations across all coworking centers. Ensure uninterrupted IT services including internet, Wi-Fi, access control, CCTV, servers, and end-user systems. Set up and enforce IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and backup procedures. 2. IT Networking & Infrastructure Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks for new and existing centers. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, load-balancers, and network security systems. Proactively monitor network performance, uptime, and bandwidth utilization. 3. IT Project Management Lead IT set-up for new coworking spaces end-to-end (ISP coordination, cabling, hardware, security systems). Manage IT expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure rollout projects within timelines and budgets. 4. IT Procurement & Vendor Management Manage procurement of IT hardware/software, ensuring cost optimization and quality. Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, AMC providers, and service partners. Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management. 5. IT Sales Support Work with the sales team to provide IT solutions based on client requirements. Prepare technical proposals for internet, dedicated lines, static IPs, firewall setups, or custom IT setups. Assist in upselling IT assets and services to clients (network upgrades, equipment leasing, etc.). 6. Team Leadership Lead a team of IT Executives/Technicians across multiple locations. Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely escalations/resolution. Conduct training for staff on IT policies, security, and customer service. 7. Customer & Internal Stakeholder Support Serve as the escalation point for IT issues from clients or center teams. Coordinate with Operations, Facility Management, and Projects teams for seamless execution. 8. IT Security & Compliance Ensure implementation of cybersecurity best practices. Manage access rights, backups, antivirus, firewalls, and monitoring tools. Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments.
