IT Manager Location: Australia (Remote / Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensure smooth IT operations, and support business growth through technology solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing IT systems and teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are met Support internal teams with technical issues and provide guidance on IT solutions Monitor IT performance and propose improvements to optimize efficiency Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets Lead, mentor, and coordinate IT team members Requirements Proven experience in IT management or similar leadership role Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Fluency in English Eligibility to work in Australia Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience managing remote or hybrid IT teams Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern IT tools Project management experience in IT initiatives What We Offer Flexible working hours and remote-friendly setup Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and skill development
