IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are met
• Support internal teams with technical issues and provide guidance on IT solutions
• Monitor IT performance and propose improvements to optimize efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate IT team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT management or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience managing remote or hybrid IT teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern IT tools
• Project management experience in IT initiatives
