Job Description

Key Responsibilities  ·                    Lead design, development, and management of MIS dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and SSRS advanced features.  ·                    Automate scheduled reporting, alerts, and distribution processes to streamline operations.  ·                    Collaborate with business, clinical, and technology teams to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decisions.  ·                    Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and validation with developer-level testing and governance.  ·                    Oversee MIS deployment integrated with DevOps practices for scalability and reliability.  ·                    Mentor and guide analysts and developers, driving timely, quality delivery.  ·                    Explore and implement AI/ML-driven analytics, ETL pipelines, and Big Data solutions to enhance MIS capabilities.  ·                    Support data governance and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).    Skills & Qualifications  Essential  ·                    SQL Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions  ·                    SSRS reporting (drill-down, sub-reports, expressions)  ·                    Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Power Query, interactive dashboards)  ·                    SQL performance tuning and optimization  ·                    MIS report automation and alert scheduling  ·                    Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration  ·                    Familiarity with DevOps tools and MIS deployment  Desirable  ·                    Data partitioning and archival strategies  ·                    ETL processes and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark)  ·                    AI/ML in healthcare analytics (predictive modeling, anomaly detection, NLP)  ·                    .NET Core development for dashboards and reports  ·                    Healthcare data compliance and governance awareness    Behavioral Competencies  ·                    Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management  ·                    Change management and cross-team collaboration  ·                    Analytical problem-solving and quality focus
