IT Infrastructure Manager

Purpose/Objective

To manage IT operations at Mumbai for both Adani Realty and NMDPL. This includes ensuring seamless operations, maintaining infrastructure and applications, enforcing IT governance, and safeguarding against security threats. The role also involves partnering with business units to reinforce technology processes across operations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and service delivery. - Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms. - Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and manage risk mitigation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Lead IT projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals. - Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs). - Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability. - Drive incident and problem management processes to minimize downtime.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, and project management. - Proven ability to partner with business units and translate needs into technical strategies. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Experience with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and security frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
