Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
Provide technical expertise in IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements :

6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related field.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure services including hardware networking, software installation/configuration/maintenance.
Experience with IT infrastructure consulting/support/management tools such as [list specific tools].
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
