POSITION - IT MANAGER
LOCATION - PADRA, VADODARA

Summary of Responsibilities:
Handled smooth IT operations, including ERP support (Infor LN, Baan, Maximo, SAP), end-user technical support, and IT ticketing management. Managed IT assets, backups, servers, network devices, SDWAN links, CCTV, and software compliance. Coordinated with corporate IT and cybersecurity teams for patching, vulnerability management, and IT-OT connectivity. Oversaw IT layouts, network design, BOQ preparation, and data center operations. Managed vendors, AMC, budgets, and IT procurement for new joiners. Conducted training, prepared user manuals, supported weighbridge software, monitored dashboards (KL, Smart Sense, Vibration), and ensured regulatory IT compliance. Led the IT team, executed IT projects on time, and implemented new technologies to improve efficiency.
