Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across technologies such as Cloud, AIML,DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce etc Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitmen dashboards Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions Required Skills & Qualifications: minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on contract staffing and niche tech roles Excellent understanding of various IT technologies and terminologies Proficient in sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Technical education background is a plus Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working with Accenture or Capgemini in IT recruitment Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Knows how to work on difficult skills and get a closure Linkedinn Recruiter.
