Job Summary

IT Helpdesk Executive – Voice Process


The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support, manage tickets, assist users remotely, and ensure smooth resolution of IT issues. You’ll be part of a team that ensures seamless IT operations for our global workforce while gaining exposure to multiple IT systems and tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to users via voice, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Assist in Active Directory operations such as user creation, password resets, and access management.
  • Support endpoint management and ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Handle cloud-based email and collaboration tools for troubleshooting and user support.
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets efficiently using IT service management tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain IT documentation and update knowledge base for common issues and resolutions.


Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support (Voice Process preferred).
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic Active Directory operations.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and endpoint management.
  • Exposure to cloud email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment and adapt to dynamic IT issues.


Preferred Skills

  • Intermediate networking knowledge (routing, switching, troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with IT service management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools and monitoring.
  • Solution-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and work independently.
