IT Head (ERP & EDP) For A Small to Medium Scale Engineering Manufacturing Company in Hyderabad.

The IT Head (ERP & EDP) with a passion for digital transformation in manufacturing that we are in need of, for our small to medium scale high technology Engineering components, Products and Systems Manufacturing, will be responsible for managing the overall IT strategy related to ERP and EDP within the organization. This involves leading both Hardware, Software & Systems implementations, upgrades, maintenance, and ensuring that technology solutions are efficient and aligned with budgets & business goals. The role demands strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.

What You'll need to Do:

Lead ERP Implementation:

- Oversee vendor selection, planning, stakeholder coordination, training initiatives, and go-live.

Drive Automation & Innovation:

- Identify manual workflows ripe for automation. Research and recommend modern hardware and software solutions to increase efficiency.

Manage IT Infrastructure:

- Handle licensing, telephony, wireless networks; oversee hardware/software procurement, data management, and asset tracking.

Ensure Network Security & Support:

- Safeguard data integrity with robust backup strategies, security policies, and proactive troubleshooting.

Elevate Digital Brand Presence:

- Manage corporate social media platforms to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ERP and EDP systems.
• Proven experience in managing Medium/large-scale IT projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Skills

• Proven track record leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• - Deep technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, network administration, and deployments.

- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process automation solutions.

- Strong experience with network security strategies and disaster recovery plans.

- Comfortable managing social media to enhance digital branding and outreach.

• ERP system management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Other Indian Developed small ERP and PPC Packages relevant to small and medium scale industry.).
• Electronic Data Processing (EDP).
• Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, etc).
• Data security and integrity.
• Vendor management.
• IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to IT.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering.

Location: At Patancheru, Hyderabad.

Emoluments: Not a constraint for the passionate & deserving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
