Job Description

As a HR Transformation Activities Head of a small to medium size Hydraulics & Pneumatics Products Company, you will be responsible for leading, Designing, Planning and overseeing the implementation of HR strategies, systems, and processes aimed at improving efficiency, aligning with business goals, and enhancing the overall employee experience of a six decades old manufacturing businesses and preparing the human resources to excel in their area of business facing challenges positively as a team winning together. This role requires a strong understanding of HR functions, project management, and change management principles coupled with solutions to legacy challenges to plan the transformation. Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. · Process Optimization: · Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions to streamline operations. · System Implementation: · Lead the implementation of new HR systems, selecting relavant platforms and ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. · Change Management: · Manage the change process associated with HR transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the workforce. · Stakeholder Engagement: · Build relationships with regional stakeholders and champion a colleague-centric approach throughout the transformation creating a value of mutual respect between each other under an Ethical Professional Working Environment upholding the Values of the Organisation. · Project Management: · Oversee and manage HR transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. · Performance Measurement: · Track and analyze the impact of HR transformations, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrating the return on investment (ROI). · Compliance: · Ensure that all HR transformation activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements. · Training and Development: · Provide training and support to HR teams to enable them to effectively utilize new processes and technologies. · Communication: · Effectively communicate the vision, goals, and progress of HR transformation initiatives to all stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
