Job Description

Job Summary:

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dialer Management:

  • Configure and manage dialer software (e.g.,TATA)
  • Extract data and generate reports from dialer
  • Troubleshoot dialer issues and maintain uptime

  • Email & Domain Setup:

  • Create and manage corporate email IDs (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoho)
  • Manage DNS, domains, hosting, and SSL configurations
  • Ensure domain-level security and user access policies

  • System Setup:

  • Install and configure desktops/laptops for new users
  • Maintain operating systems, drivers, and essential software
  • Manage user accounts and permissions

  • Networking:

  • Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks
  • Configure routers, switches, firewalls
  • Monitor internet connectivity and resolve network issues

  • Hardware Support:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
  • Maintain hardware inventory and ensure minimal downtime

  • CCTV/Camera Setup:

  • Install and configure surveillance systems (CCTV/IP Cameras)
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and storage management

Required Skills:

  • Experience with dialer systems (VICIdial, GoAutoDial, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP)
  • Hands-on with Windows and Linux system setup
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Familiarity with camera setup (DVR/NVR/IP-based systems)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) – optional but preferred

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Certifications like CCNA, MCP, or CompTIA A+ are a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask
  • Team player and self-motivated
