IT Executive

This is a position requiring a combination of hardware, software and design skills

Location: Chennai

CTC offered: Rs 450,000 per annum

Responsibilities

·      Manage websites and databases, ensure 24x7 availability, data security & integrity, manage SEO

·      Install, configure, maintain, and optimize computer hardware, peripheral devices, cloud storage, servers,

·      Set up and maintain the company's internal and external networks (LANs, WANs, Wi-Fi), ensuring connectivity and security. 

·      Manage software licenses, updates, security patches, and learning management systems. 

·      Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive company data from unauthorized access, loss, or damage

·      Manage data storage systems and implement backup solutions to ensure data is readily available and recoverable in case of failure

·      Identify and resolve technical problems that arise with computer systems, applications, or networks. 

·      Manage relationships with vendors who provide IT products and services

·      Handle email and social media marketing campaigns effectively to ensure maximum reach to target customers

·      Create high-quality, user-friendly PowerPoint presentations and handout notes that lucidate complex technical concepts in clearly understandable terms

·      Manage and support Zoom meetings and webinars, ensuring a professional and meaningful experience for all participants

·      Manage setting up, maintaining, and supporting classroom environments – both physical and virtual

·      Create targeting video and poster content for all media forms – digital, social and physical

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field

·      3+ years of experience in the related field

·      Technical writing, SEO, and hosting fundamentals

·      Working knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, WordPress, PHP, HTML, JavaScript

·      Working knowledge of design software such as Canva, Adobe & Photoshop

·      Excellent communication skills and good command of English

·      Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
