Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Hardware Management:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform regular hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Networking:

Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors when required.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Resolve system errors, application problems, and connectivity issues promptly.
Maintain IT helpdesk logs and ensure timely resolution of tickets.

System Administration:

Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.

Security & Compliance:

Implement and monitor antivirus, security patches, and IT policies.
Ensure compliance with company IT standards and data protection guidelines.

Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors for procurement, repairs, and service agreements
