Job Overview

Looking for a dynamic IT Engineer who can bridge backend development, software usability, and hardware support. This role goes beyond routine IT support—you will play a key role in ensuring smooth technology operations across software, networking, and hardware systems. From backend integration to on-ground troubleshooting and user training, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our depot operations running without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Application Support

• Collaborate with software developers to test, deploy, and maintain applications.
• Write and execute SQL queries, monitor logs, and resolve backend issues.
• Provide real-time application support to ensure uninterrupted depot operations.
• Share UI/UX feedback from end-users and contribute to wireframes or screen mockups.

Implementation & User Training

• Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries.
• Train depot and office staff on efficient use of applications and tools.
• Develop simple SOPs and quick guides for non-technical users.

Hardware, Network & CCTV Support

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, routers, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, network, and surveillance systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors when required for repairs or upgrades.

Required Skills

• SQL (queries & database support)
• Crystal Reports, ISS, and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation/reporting
• Basic UI/UX design and wireframing (Figma, Balsamiq, or PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of hardware systems, networking, and CCTV setups
• Ability to multitask between backend coordination and field troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 –5 years of experience in IT support
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on approach with readiness to work in depot environments
